Virtual reality is the future that much is known but how real will it feel is the issue that hasn't been addressed. People will bend over backwards to have a product that lets them walk with dinosuars, run away from dragons, and watch football through the eyes of the players. If done right, home entertainment is in for a revolution.

No matter the cost the only way this will be as impactful as it should be, is if the products are; a small compact floor based object that interact seamlessly with natural human movement, and a truly noninvasive light weight high performance visual and audio Headset that tricks the senses into believing what is being portrayed is real.
When virtual reality is something ventured into by consumers they will want a hassle free set up. Most of all American consumers have computers, and some have a newer gaming system, so accommodations for the CPU intense programs will have to be made.
It would be ideal if one could just plug their virtual reality setup in to a newer system/computer and just play.
Currently there are a few new virtual reality products being developed. I have the most relative products below.
The videos below display two different versions of Virtual Reality Headsets; one by Oculus called the Oculus Rift, and another by Sony called Project Morpheus.
The videos below displays different versions of Omnidirectional Treadmills; one by Virtuix, and the other by Infinadeck. These products may or may not be the ideal, for the future of virtual reality but it shows the potential for what it can become and how exciting the future of gaming will eventually be.
If anyone else knows of a product or has an idea/concept on how to improve Virtual Reality as it stands please contribute to this Ivia.
